I do not often do things like this and quite frankly its not because I am not the “loving” type its just that I think actions normally speak louder than words, however I feel the real urge today to just lay some reasons out as to why quite frankly I know Stephanie is the lady I want to grow old with.

1. “Her smile” - I could be having the worst day in the world, all the stresses and bad luck you could ever think of, a nuclear bomb could be on its way to hit my hometown or aliens could be pointing a device clearly at my ass and we all know the outcome of that….yet no matter how bad life gets or how unlucky I can be at times just seeing her smile and take things in her stride makes me feel like there is nothing wrong whatsoever, sure its a cop out but if seeing her smile is a drug that cannot harm me that makes me feel a million times better than please get me a iv and slap it in my veins all day every day doctor :-)

2.”Her outlook” - You know when you spread butter on a bit of toast and you cut through the bread by accident? Annoying right? Or when you stub your toe and all you can do is think about everything you hate in life x-factor, annoying chavs that “tawk laakke dissss” ok maybe thats an extreme example lol but my point is, she has a great outlook, now I can do this to some extent and obviously we both sometimes get down its only natural but im not talking about an outlook that “peps up your mood” im talking about her overall outlook, she is happy with the small things, the things that matter the most, such as a sunny day or the way rain smells, going to the beach just all the things people take for granted she embraces and I love that, it`s what makes her who she is and she is very original and such a great individual.

3.”Her creativity” - If she cut the top of her ear off and started walking around half naked with a bush the size of snoop doggs afro I would completely understand, why? Because quite frankly she is a genius, her artwork, her photography, her creative decorative things she makes are some of the best I have ever seen in my life, I would let her go to town on our wedding and our home for the simple fact I know that I can trust her instincts, even with the food she makes the cupcakes the bagels the smoothies mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm…(goes to get food)

4.”Her humour” - She is one funny ass mofo, I know if I ever want to laugh my ass off, I dont need eddie murphy (pre kiddie movies of course) or any other comedian for that matter, because steph has something most people do not have, natural ability to make you laugh.

Its the little things you see, the silly faces, the small things she notices that nobody else would, the things we share in common that we both find identically funny, its weird sure, we are both weird but to hell with it thats what makes it so damn entertaining, that and the fact that when we pull what we know as “the perv face” it symbolises something deeper…our
insatiable need to look like we have both had botox and are ready to chew on some wood like a pair of mushroomed up gofers, I must say also as an added note she has some seriously good taste in tv programs and does not know the meaning of politically correct which quite frankly neither do I…

5.”The way she loves me and everything else” Ok Im going to cheat on this reason because I am seriously madly in love with this woman, she is interested in everything I do , she doesnt just take a passing glance and say “thats nice hunny” she invests her time in the things I love and vice versa.

I am a passionate spurs supporter, she hated football before now she loves watching spurs…wow, I enjoy playing games from time to time, she sits and watches and gets involved, when I want to watch an action movie she wont sit and cry about it because she wants to watch the new twlight movie she says hell yes and watches it with me (on an added note though she is not some butch lesbo type that enjoys all out action flicks she loves her rom coms believe you me)

She works her ass off for a living and has to care for someone who struggles a lot with his health, and I am forever grateful for the love and patience she gives me it is something I intend on giving her for the rest of my life through sickness and in health, I love getting involved in the things she does, she has such a wonderful imagination that I could literally sit there and talk to her for hours and hours on end (and we have done believe you me they should charge for air in our home we talk that much)

My point is this, neither of us are perfect but there is one thing I know for sure, we are more than perfect for each other, and the day I met her in hospital was the start of not just the rest of my life, but the best of my life.

You are my everything and quite honestly you complete me stephanie and our own little family and everything that it entails is something I will die happy old and grey knowing that we had and shared together.

I love you more than you will ever know.

*cough* Now its back to cutting some logs in the yard fighting some bears for me….some rugged manly strong arm….ahh nvm lol.
